Robert Rosenberg is president of Artistic Nails & Beauty Academy in Tampa, Florida. Robert has been in the post secondary school business starting as an admission representative fourteen years ago and has owned his school for over eleven years. Robert has been active in the Florida Beauty Federation as an advocate for the cosmetology industry and is on the Board of the AACS.
Mez Varol is the Founder and the President of International Academy, in Daytona Beach Florida since 1981. International Academy is one of the leading cosmetology institutions worldwide.
Mez has collaborated and worked with thousands of cosmetologists, estheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians worldwide. He has provided a stellar education to individuals that are employed in Resort Spas, Day Spas and High End Salons in many countries, including the United States.
Mez is the Past President of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS) representing 850 schools nationwide. In 2006, he was the recipient of the N.E. Cimaglia Award, presented by Milady/Cengage Publishing for Outstanding Lifetime Contributions to Cosmetology Education. He is an active member of the Beauty Industry, working with Independent Salons, Chain Salons, Day Spas, Beauty Manufacturers and Distributors.
In 1984, Dan and his father, Robert, formed Springline Corp. and became early franchisees of Great Clips, Inc. In October of 1984, Springline Corp. opened the first Great Clips salon in Orlando. Currently, Springline Corp operates 31 Great Clips salons in the Central Florida area. As one of the largest Great Clips franchisees, Dan has served on many advisory boards for Great Clips Inc. He is also active with local cosmetology schools and has been involved on a state legislative level for a number of years. His company has locally promoted careers in cosmetology by awarding over $20,000 in scholarships.
